FT Consulting developed a licensing programme to transfer Ascendas’ IP, process know-how and knowledge in setting up and managing industrial parks outside of Singapore, covering their planning, construction, landscaping, engineering, tenancy marketing and regular maintenance of parks.

Ascendas bagged a 10-year deal with the Oman government-owned industrial developer to adopt their AREMS Real Estate Management System for 6 industrial parks and a technology park, covering more than 5,500 hectares with over 500 tenants.
