Year 2021 marks the 30th anniversary of FT Consulting. It is a signiﬁcant milestone for us to reflect on the past while continuing to aspire to greater things in the future, endeavouring to be a leader in shaping tomorrow’s business landscape.

Being thankful for how we have been blessed in the past 30 years, even through the toughest times of the Covid-19 crisis, we want to do our part in giving back to society by supporting the NTUC-U Care Fund.

About NTUC-U Care Fund

The NTUC-U Care Fund resonates with our core belief in providing individuals and companies with equal opportunities in continuous growth and learning.

U Care Fund is the charity arm of the Labour Movement that aims to better the welfare of low-income union members and their families. With the vision to be a trusted and caring Labour Movement that makes a difference and touches lives, the Fund reaches out to low-income members and their families, children and youth, elderly and the underprivileged community, through 4 key focus areas

Supporting low-income union members through assistance programmes to support their living expenses in times of need

Championing for children and youth by helping them to excel and levelling up their playing ﬁeld

Caring for the elderly through supporting Eldercare Trust

Cultivating the spirit of giving and volunteerism through active engagement with stakeholders in community service projects

Through the above, the Fund reaches out on average to 24,000 union members and 26,000 children yearly. 100% of donations received goes towards supporting the U Care assistance programmes and all operating costs are borne by NTUC.
