Stella specialises in branding, concept development, strategy development and market research. She has worked with companies in the following industries: F&B, B-to-B food flavouring, food manufacturing, FMCG, executive training, children’s gym, retail (fashion, home accessories and luxury goods), spa & beauty, hydraulics, materials-handling, laminates, commercial kitchen, data centre, and others. She has helped brands to develop new brand positions that truly represent their product or service philosophy. In strategy development, she assists clients in analysing their industry, establishing mission and vision, evaluating business performance and formulating new corporate structures.
Stella currently leads FT’s Knowledge Management section, providing research and analysis to support recommendations put forward by consulting teams. Prior to that, she has 10 years of experience in financial analysis and management reporting in OCBC Bank and Union Bank of Switzerland. In OCBC Bank, she was an MIS Manager providing monthly performance analysis of business divisions and management reporting, as well as annual forecasting and KPI determination for business divisions.
