Hui Min joined FT Consulting in 2011 and has since been assisting clients to develop their franchise system for business expansion. This includes the development of franchise strategies, frameworks and tools in order to engage and recruit potential franchisees, as well as to transfer the necessary business and operational know-how. Hui Min is a Professional Singapore Certified Management Consultant – a certification which is recognised by Enterprise Singapore, and awarded to individuals who possesses the necessary know-how, competence, professional and ethical conduct to provide consultancy services.
Hui Min’s portfolio of clients includes Singapore SMEs with annual revenue ranging from S$500,000 to S$130 million, and also renowned companies with headquarters in the United States, Hong Kong and Myanmar. These clients span across a diverse range of industries such as F&B, Education, Retail, Beauty & Wellness and Professional Services, among others.
Prior to joining FT Consulting, Hui Min was involved in the business development of an established local café chain with a network of over 60 outlets regionally. She participated in successful negotiations with landlords to secure strategic and profitable locations for the chain’s local expansion. She also managed and supported the company’s local and regional franchise network.
