Junior Associate, Branding & Marketing (Full-time)

We are a dynamic strategic business consulting team looking for a Junior Associate, Branding & Marketing to join our team and help drive the success of our clients’ businesses.

You are a highly talented individual looking for a challenge. You will be involved throughout the conceptualisation process, generating and implementing ideas across multiple platforms that will elevate our clients and their brands to the next level.

You report directly to the Team Lead of Branding & Marketing Innovation department.


  • Help our clients establish consensus on the current state of business, identify gaps and business needs, translating them in clear strategic recommendations and concrete action plan

  • Understand and analyse business processes

  • Perform competitive analysis and identify best in class interventions that can be replicated for the client to drive sales growth

  • Identity, recommend and execute effective engagement channels and platforms for the target audience to achieve business objectives

  • Formulate metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of both traditional and digital marketing campaigns, and provide recommendations

  • Manage clients’ social media platforms and plan suitable digital content for the client

  • Liaise with clients directly and the relevant client stakeholders to create strategic and tactical growth plans for their business

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Lead or senior management from time to time


  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Business Administration or similar

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with some background in planning and executing tactical promotions and marketing campaigns. High performing fresh graduates will also be considered.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to deliver high quality work under demanding deadlines and manage clients independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint or equivalent. Ability to use basic design/ video editing tool(s) is a plus

  • Digitally savvy

  • Curious, willingness to learn, team-player, detail oriented, analytical and results focused

  • Good command of English and confident to manage client-facing engagements
