He has a strong track record advising tenants across F&B, retail, enrichment, and service sectors. His past and present clients include familiar brands such as 7-Eleven, Mister Minit, Precious Thots, FotoHub, Tokutokuya, Gloria Jeans Coffee, Cotti Coffee, Baskin Robbins, Bali Thai, Indo Rasa, and Kko Kko Na Ra.

Wai Quen has extensive training experience developed over the course of his 25 years career. He currently leads a team of real estate agents and has delivered structured training on commercial leasing to his peers at PropNex, equipping them with a clear understanding of the nuances, intricacies, and complexities inherent in such transactions.
