Yvonne embarked on her entrepreneurial path unexpectedly, driven by a desire to spend quality time with her family. After decades in senior corporate advertising and marketing roles, she took a gap year to spend quality time with her mum (who has dementia) and her two teenage daughters. It was during this time that she was certified to be a personal trainer and subsequently founded Band of Sisters, a brand focusing on women's fitness. She noticed a gap in the market that aligned with her newly acquired expertise and passion - to help other women get back on track with their health and fitness. Despite the transition from a corporate leadership role to a one-woman operation, she remained committed to creating something meaningful and purposeful for everyone.
