Kelly has close to 3 decades of consulting and practitioner franchise expertise and has over the years, advised and helped numerous SMEs and listed companies across various industries, build robust systems for their local and overseas internationalization plans.
Having executed a broad spectrum of assignments across various industries including F&B, retail, service, education, transportation and manufacturing, Kelly is able to effectively project manage and provide strategic advice and valuable insights to companies in strengthening their overall business systems for expansion. Fluent also in written and spoken Chinese, Kelly is well equipped to execute assignments in Chinese and has worked alongside several Mandarin-speaking entrepreneurs.
While Kelly spent significant years in the consulting arena, she has also accumulated years of practitioner experience as a Franchisor. During her stint with a homegrown Franchisor company, she was instrumental in transforming the business from a single-store traditional operation to a reputable regional brand, with more than 25 outlets in Singapore and overseas. Within a span of few years, she successfully negotiated and secured several local and master franchisees, establishing the company’s presence in Singapore and the region. Kelly was also effective in managing the pool of franchisees, providing them with regular business advice and support.
