Lillian has over 20 years of management experience across the consumer goods, hospitality, retail and food service sectors.
As the General Manager of a Singapore iconic café that has fifty outlets across 14 countries, she oversaw the chain’s company setup and led the development of job roles creation, formulating compensation and benefits policies and staff welfare programme.
She was also the co-founder of a homegrown ice cream brand, involving in the brand creation, food service conceptualization, menu development, central production and store establishment. She led training programmes and imparted service standards across all customer experience touchpoints.
In her last role heading the retail division of a food group, she oversaw the re-branding of their quick-service kiosks, developing and executing business strategy in support the organisation’s strategic directions.
Her years of experience in managing Food & Beverage chains has given her a wide breadth and depth of the full spectrum of human capital management appreciation and insights. Lillian graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from the University of London (SIM), and also attained a Diploma in Business Administration, specialising in Marketing.
