A wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited, Ascott is the world’s largest international serviced residence owner-operator with a presence in more than 100 cities across 27 countries.
FT Consulting developed a franchise system for Citadines, a brand under Ascott, that would enable Ascott to exercise greater quality control over franchisees while minimising business risk.
This enabled further expansion both within the Company's existing markets as well as new markets. The company has since successfully secured franchise agreements.
