We walked side by side Greendot throughout the entire concept development journey, eventually helping them to take their traditional Chinese vegetarian school canteen store and transform it into a franchise-ready, salad bar-esque vegetarian fast casual restaurant. Greendot managed to recruit its first batch of franchisees within its first year of franchise marketing and has 12 outlets across Singapore to date.
